You have 3 calendar days to return an item (Non-Perishable Products) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You need to send the items back to the seller.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once our sellers receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, Stryke will initiate a coupon for you for re-purchase.

You will receive your coupon within a certain amount of days, depending on when the issue has been settled.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
