A) Same-city (Currently within Dhaka) Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
Same-city orders need to be processed within 5 (Five) business days.
If our sellers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. They will take additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of the order, our sellers need to notify the customer via live chat.
2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Currently, we are delivering Free of Cost Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable.

4. Damages
Stryke is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the seller and return the products to them.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
B) Domestic Shipping Policy
Our sellers can deliver products to customers outside of Dhaka with our recommended courier services. Delivery times may take up to 10 (Ten) business days and can occasionally be delayed.
